The house has 13 standard beds. There are a few extra beds and baby cots.
Some beds are twin beds, others are paired to form a queen bed.
We accept group bookings with up to 13 adults. The house has the following guest rooms:
No.1: Two beds (twin or bedroom)
No.2: Two beds (twin / bedroom)
Apartment 3: Four beds or two bedrooms in separate rooms.
No.4: Three twin beds.
No.5: Next to the dining room.

* Individual rooms can only be rented on weekdays, between April and October.
Prices are in Euro. Minimum stay - two or more consecutive nights.
Prices include accommodation, use of swimming pool (during summer only), wireless internet, tourist tax and VAT.
Conditions
Prices are valid all year round, except on national and public holidays. We reserve the right to change and update.
For weekends that are extended with public holidays, we give priority to guests with a longer stay than two nights.
We work only with advance reservation and payment by bank wire transfer.
Check-in: 2 PM - 10 PM; Check-out: before 12 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
For your comfort and hygiene we recommend you to bring your personal flip flops or slippers. Wearing flip flops at the pool is compulsory.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, there is a modern kitchen attached to the dining room with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. It is equipped with all kinds of household appliances, cooking utensils and crockery:

We collaborate with the restaurant "Iskar" in Svoge. We have an agreement with them for on-site delivery from a pre-specified menu. You can visit their website at www.iskarsvoge.com
Depends on what you mean by "unforgettable". Since this is our home, we do care what happens in the house. If you answer "yes" to two or more of the questions below, we probably won't be your dream destination for a crazy party:
1. Is the average age of the guests under 25?
2. Is it important to you that the hosts are not in the house?
3. Do the majority of you smoke?
4. Do you listen to music at maximum volume during the night?
5. Are there guests who have alcohol moderation issues?
6. Does any of these questions offend you?
On the other hand, if you answer "yes" to two or more of the questions below, you are very likely to become addicted to staying with us:
1. Do you appreciate proximity to nature?
2. Do you prefer a meaningful conversation instead of deafening music?
3. Is movement and active play more important for recreation than relaxing at a table and/or in front of a TV?
4. Do you have children?
Given the family nature of the business, we do not have a restaurant, cafe or other catering facility. This means that we are unable to offer food or drink to customers who are not guests of the house.
There is a small pizzeria in the centre of the village that serves salads, grilled meat and pizza. Another nice place is the outdoor restaurant "Gold Fish", where they serve fresh trout and carp, but it is only open during the summer weekends. The town of Svoge is 10 km away and there is a variety of catering facilities.
Yes, wireless internet is available in each room. As the quality of the service depends on the internet provider, we do not assume any responsibility of flawless operation.
The house has central heating, but each radiator is individually controlled according to the comfort of the guest. As we are on a northern slope, there is no need for air conditioning in the summer, room temperatures rarely exceed 21-23 degrees Celsius.
The comfortable temperature for using the pool is about 28-30 degrees Celsius. The pool is open only in summer.
Pool operating hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. The main reason for this interval is that at night the uncovered water suffers huge heat losses due to the amount of evaporation according to the laws of fluid thermodynamics. Another important point is the need for water filtration and maintenance, sometimes incompatible with simultaneous use.
Unlike other hosts, we do not intend to drown you in a sea of useless facts about the surroundings, fauna, flora and sights of the region. We are not in Paris and to exaggerate the importance of the settlement would be ridiculous. We leave room for exploration to anyone so inclined. A bit of personal experience - we are living here permanently for well over a decade and we have not yet managed to explore all the exciting mountain trails and peaks around.
